On October 1, 2023, VALTES Corporation transitioned to a holding company structure and started a new as VALTES Holdings Corporation.

Since our founding in April 2004, we have held ourselves to a corporate philosophy of being “Wholly committed to quality assurance and ensuring a safe and secure ICT society,” Moreover, we believe in the “Development of people capable of making positive contributions to ICT society” and to “Creating value and sharing joy with our customers.” Under these guiding principles, we have succeeded in improving software quality for many customers, forging lasting relationships with colleagues the world over, and have grown through the unmitigated support of many stakeholders.

We are therefore very excited to be moving to a new corporate structure as we celebrate our 20th anniversary. I am convinced that improving software quality for global society at large will be critical to realizing a sustainable society over the next 10 to 20 years.

By working hand in hand with colleagues who share our management philosophy and vision, we at the VALTES Group are committed to further developing our existing services while launching new initiatives that harness and hone the technology and skill we have amassed, all for the goals of contributing to the advancement of customer software quality and the achievement of a sustainable society.
